Fixed Wing Pilot

Position Summary

Life Link III’s Fixed Wing Pilot is responsible for safely flying Life Link III’s Pilatus PC-12 based in Blaine, MN. The pilot is responsible to ensure aircraft and weather conditions are airworthy to transport medical crew and critically injured or ill patients to receiving hospital within an assigned operational area. All pilots will be required to attend Flight Safety Training.

 

Qualifications

  • Commercial pilot certificate & Instrument Rating for category (Single Engine)
  • First or second-class FAA Medical Certificate
  • 2500 hours Total Time
  • 1000 hours PIC in category
  • 500 hours of cross country
  • 100 hours of night time
  • Previous PC-12 experience preferred
  • Customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all level of the organization
