Minimum Qualifications for Hire:

EMT

• Current MN and WI EMT certification or current National Registry certification
• BCLS certification
• U.S. work eligibility (if applicable)
• Valid driver's license
• Professional driving experience
• At least 21 years of age
• Must pass mandatory post-offer drug/physical/agility and background screening tests

Paramedic

• Current MN and WI EMT-Paramedic certification or current National Registry certification
• BCLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS, ENPC or PEPP certification
• BTLS certification
• U.S. work eligibility (if applicable)
• Minimum of one (1) year active 911 or inter-facility transport experience as a paramedic
• Valid driver's license
• Professional driving experience
• At least 21 years of age
• Must pass mandatory post-offer drug/physical/agility and background screening tests

Registered Nurse

• Current MN and WI RN licenses
• BCLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• BTLS, TNCC, FNATC or ATLS certification
• U.S. work eligibility (if applicable)
• Minimum of three (3) years active experience adult ICU, CCU, ED or Flight RN
• Valid driver's license
• At least 21 years of age
• Must pass mandatory post-offer drug/physical/agility and background screening tests
