Life Link III Clinician Minimum Qualifications:

Registered Nurse - Helicopter

• Current MN and WI RN license (both required at time of hire)
• Current Certifications: ACLS; BCLS; PALS or ENPC; BTLS, TNCC, FNATC or ATLS
• NRP preferred
• Three years experience adult ICU, CCU, or ED
• Valid driver's license
• 2 years driving experience
• Must pass mandatory post-offer drug/physical agility/background/criminal record screening tests
• Clinician must weigh 220 pounds or less (including gear)

Paramedic - Helicopter

• Current MN and WI Paramedic license (both required at time of hire)
• Current Certifications: ACLS; BCLS; BTLS or ATLS; PALS, ENPC, or PEPP
• NRP preferred
• Valid driver's license
• 2 years driving experience
• Must pass mandatory post-offer drug/physical agility/background/criminal record screening tests
• Clinician must weigh 220 pounds or less (including gear)

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) - Ground Operations

• Current MN and WI EMT certification (both required at time of hire)
• Current BCLS Certification
• Valid driver's license
• 2 years driving experience
• Must pass mandatory post-offer drug/physical agility/background/criminal record screening tests

Communications Center Specialist

• Current EMT or higher level of certification and dispatching/communications experience
• Good understanding of medical terminology
• Ability to speak clearly and hear without impairment
• Previous experience in computer usage is required
• Good human relations skills and the ability to function calmly in high pressure situations is essential

Special Transport Technician

• Professional driving experience
• At least 21 years of age
• Must meet all MN statutes governing STT
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record
• Minimum 1 year full-time experience in related field
• Must pass mandatory post-offer drug/physical/agility and background screening tests
