Life Link III Clinician Minimum Qualifications:

Registered Nurse - Helicopter

• Current MN and WI license
• Current Certifications: ACLS; BCLS; PALS or ENPC; BTLS, TNCC, FNATC or ATLS
• NRP and CFRN preferred
• Three years experience adult ICU, CCU, or ED
• Must have current National Registry and MN License on 1st day of employment. Must possess WI license or be WI license eligible on 1st day of employment. Candidates must demonstrate that WI license application has been submitted to WI Dept of Health (EMS office) within 5 days of employment. Condition of continued employment is dependent upon obtaining WI licensure.
• Valid driver's license
• 2 years driving experience
• Must pass mandatory post-offer drug/physical agility/background/criminal record screening tests
• Clinician must weigh 220 pounds or less (including gear)

Paramedic - Helicopter

• Current MN and WI license
